Sargeant Realty Advisors, Inc. was founded in 1998 with a mission to deliver credible high quality valuation, consulting, and brokerage services to the commercial banking and legal communities.  The firm is led by George W. Sargeant, MAI, CCIM who is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena.  Together with a staff of seasoned real estate professionals, Sargeant Realty Advisors, Inc. provides valuation and consulting services on an array of commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, and development-type properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area as well as northern Illinois cities, southeast Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.


Many of the clients we serve include commercial lending institutions and mortgage lenders.  We maintain active relationships with various law firms that frequently draw upon our appraisal or review services.  We also provide appraisal and consulting services to commercial property owners and occupiers.  We have performed appraisals of sophisticated institutional-grade properties for national real estate firms.  We routinely appraise single- and multi-tenant office, industrial, retail, apartment, and mixed use properties for lending purposes.  Periodically we are engaged for estate, inheritance, or gift tax valuations.  We also perform technical desk reviews of appraisals conducted by others.
